Welcome to the DJ Mathews-STATE FARM INSURANCE page! My office is located in Apple Valley, but we serve customers throughout the San Bernardino & Riverside counties that include Rialto, Bloomington, Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma, Hesperia, Murrieta, Redlands and Victorville areas.

I have been in the area since 2000 and have sponsored many school programs to help children with school supplies. I volunteer in many ways with the local humane society. I am a proud father of 4 children 3 boys and a daughter. We love hiking, beach trips and off-roading throughout California.

My team and I are here to provide options for insurance protection designed to fit the individual needs of our customers through knowledgeable guidance and exceptional customer service.
